About Gestura

Gestura is a mission-driven tech company creating a real-time translation platform for British Sign Language (BSL) — using AI, computer vision, and ethical design.

Our solution enables two-way communication between BSL and spoken English without interpreters or wearable devices. With just a smartphone camera and our cloud-based AI, we make inclusion seamless and scalable.

We are currently in the Proof of Concept (PoC) phase, building and testing core features of the Gestura platform. Our goal is to enable public services, educational institutions, and businesses to meet accessibility standards while empowering Deaf users to communicate independently — without interpreters or wearables.

This project is the start of a long-term journey — one that will scale to support more languages, communities, and accessibility-first innovations.
