Tuzeks' TVT system offers an integrated data acquisition and automation infrastructure capable of controlling all systems in engine and vehicle testing facilities. It is 100% compatible with the MOTEST software and manages all measurement, control, and reporting processes.
TVT – Test Cell Controller: The central control unit that ensures synchronized operation of the dynamometer, engine, and all auxiliary units. Executes automatic test steps and reports all data.
TUC/de: Provides control of the dynamometer and engine. One of the core components of the TVT system. Operates in both manual and automatic modes.
TUA: Controls the engine throttle automatically.
Exhaust Back Pressure Control: Regulates the back pressure of the exhaust system to ensure proper test conditions.
TATCU/de: Controls the temperature of fuel, air, and oil to maintain desired test levels.
Measurement Equipment: Integrated devices capable of measuring physical parameters such as smoke density, fuel consumption, and air intake.
T2 Unit: Transmits multi-sensor data such as intake air temperature, coolant temperature, and engine oil pressure to the TVT system.
ECU Interface: Integrates with the engine control unit (ECU) and transmits parameters like ignition timing and valve timing to the overall system.
